Sheila Heller, Nurse Practitioner

Sheila Heller attended James Madison University, in Harrisonburg VA where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2003. Prior to her graduation she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau. She then went to work in Richmond VA at VCU Health System in Acute Care Medicine.

In January 2005 Sheila moved to Arlington and began working in the Emergency Department at Virginia Hospital Center. In 2007 she decided to go back to school to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing at Marymount University. During that time she continued to work in the Emergency Department and also worked for Virginia Hospital Center’s Health Promotion Department. While at Marymount University Sheila did clinical time with Washington Urology. She graduated from Marymount University in May 2009 and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In June 2009 Sheila joined Dr. Mordkin and Dr. Joel at Washington Urology. She is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
